Fire Prevention and Education

October is Fire Prevention Month in the United States.  During this time our department visits local schools and daycares educating our young about the dangers of fire, how to prevent them and what to do in the event of a fire.

Sherrills Ford - Terrell Fire & Rescue spends many hours throughout the year educating the public.  Many local business, daycares, schools, organizations, and churches benefit from this program.  Our fire education programs are free of charge to anyone in our district who is interested.  For more information, contact Engineer George Lutz.
